See my review for the Dragon one of these books... You have to purchase the one that is your Chinese Animal sign. I got this one for my spouse, and the Dragon one for me. Definitely worth it. Helps us both individually and together as a couple.

Could be a bit more clear on the items it states you need, rarely show pics or provides alternatives to what you need. I have bought a few from this author like others better.
I don't care for the cures they suggest, seem more superficial than other books i read- referring you to buy from their "sister site". I bought a lillian too book on feng shui years ago that i still refer too and probably won't buy anymore as they continue to feel less genuine.
I enjoy reading through these books for the upcoming year. It is interesting for me to indicate on my calendar what notes may be necessary for a particular period. I like that Lillian gives guidance on what to be aware of so I can be more positive for myself and my family. I have become more aware of certain areas of my home so I can clear the negative energies affecting it. It's fun and informative.
I purchased 3 books, for myself, husband and daughter. As a first timer reader of Lillian Too's books I found it to be informative and in more depth for me as the dragon sign then what I have found free on the internet. However, I don't like that she tries to sell you her cures at every turn (which are ridiculously expense, asian themed which doesn't work with my decor) Her book lacks versatility for her readers especially western and she makes you feel that its the only remedy choice you have. This is what both my husband and daughter felt as well. Here is where the internet is a wealth of information -- (i.e.; the salt water cure as I've read pretty much cures any of the negative areas in regards to the flying stars perdictions) -- I'm no expert but if you search you will find a lot on the topic and other remedy options and make choices on what works for you.
This book came highly recommended by a friend/coworker who has trained with Lillian Too herself. Maybe my hopes were high but I found it to be very hard to follow along as a beginner/intermediate in feng shui. There were a lot of typos and I felt overwhelmed by how many trinkets/amulets/etc... the authors recommended I purchase for my home. I feel as though I need some additional feng shut training to decode this book. That being said, the size and quality of the book's material are wonderful and it's quite possible that many other people would find great help using this book.
